1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UseThis.ai ("the Service"), operated by Neophile Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Account & Authentication

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use our tools. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account.

3. Credits & Payments

• Credits are purchased via Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Credits do not expire and remain in your wallet until used.
• Each tool run deducts credits as displayed before execution. If a job fails due to a system error, credits are automatically refunded.
• Pricing and credit costs may change at any time. Existing credits retain their value.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Resell or redistribute generated outputs as a competing service
• Circumvent rate limits or credit requirements

5. Personal Brand Photos — No Impersonation

When using our AI Headshot Generator, you agree to only upload photos of yourself or photos for which you have explicit consent from the person depicted. You must not:

• Upload photos of others without their consent
• Use generated headshots to impersonate another person
• Use generated images for deceptive or fraudulent purposes
• Create deepfake content or non-consensual imagery

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

All outputs generated by UseThis.ai tools are created by artificial intelligence and are provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

• Math Solver: Solutions are AI-generated and may contain errors. Always verify results independently.
• Transcript Summarizer: Summaries are AI interpretations and may not capture all nuances of the original text.
• Art Mockup Generator: Generated mockups are artistic representations, not photorealistic guarantees.
• AI Headshots: Generated images are AI interpretations and may not perfectly resemble the subject.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely for the purpose of generating tool outputs. AI-generated outputs are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neophile Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@usethis.ai.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
